My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the river, PNC Park, and bridges, the maintenance issues with the shower, linens, and TV remote left a lot to be desired. The location was fantastic for exploring downtown Pittsburgh and the ball fields, but the lackluster service, including a coffee spill mishap, left a sour taste. Although the dining experience was enjoyable, with a good selection of breakfast items, the overall experience has me hesitant to return or recommend this hotel to others.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were oversized and lovely, although the pricing could have been more considerate. The service was exceptionally friendly, from providing towels to being helpful with pets. The location was perfect, just a quick Uber ride from the airport and surrounded by plenty to do in downtown Pittsburgh. Dining options were fantastic, showcasing a range of delicious foods. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
